Vision and Care was founded in Adelaide with one clear purpose: to provide disability support that genuinely reflects what each person needs — not what's easiest to deliver. We saw too many participants fitting into rigid support models, and we decided to do things differently.

Based at 304 North East Road, Klemzig, our team has grown organically — not by scaling fast, but by hiring people who care deeply, training them thoroughly, and giving them the space to build real, meaningful relationships with the people they support.

Today, we proudly hold registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and continue to serve participants and families across Adelaide and greater South Australia. Our tagline — "Your Vision, Our Care" — is not just words. It's how we operate every single day.
